Fill The Well: Twenty Dollar Tuesday
Writers Well Youth Fellowship is a series of FREE creative workshops and retreats for Black girls/femmes ages 14 – 19 interested in writing and performance. Founded and facilitated by Crystal Tenille Irby, it provides a belonging space for girls to move toward healing, expand their imagination, and gather tools to prepare them as a Black creatives and thought leaders within their communities. The topics of the retreats and workshops (in-person & virtual) cover health and wellness, writing prompts, editing, being confident in authenticity, and exploring the possibilities of their talents and potential. The intention of the Fit the Well campaign is to support programming for Writers Well Youth Fellowship which nurtures the imagination of Black girls by co-creating artistic spaces with them that value their culture.
