Hello Family seeks to improve outcomes for young children and their families by providing services and resources for all children born in the city of Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Through Hello Family, local partners hope to improve birth outcomes and early childhood health and development, reduce avoidable emergency room visits, reduce the incidences of child abuse and neglect, in an effort to increase school readiness.
