The event will start on McCracken Middle School’s track and go along the River Birch Trail. \nEmpower your stride\, and let’s break barriers surrounding mental illness together! \nIt’s completely FREE to attend and participate\, but a $25 donation to NAMI Spartanburg will result in a Stigma Free Spartanburg shirt. You can make your donation under “Add-ons”. \nThis event is Pet Friendly\, as long as your pet is friendly\, stays leashed\, and you pick up behind them. \nFrom McCracken’s track to the end of the River Birch Trail (slightly past the waterfall) and back is about the length of a 5K (3.1 miles)\, but participants can turn around at any time or walk along the track if they prefer!
