DESCRIPTION:The City of Spartanburg will present its annual Red\, White and Boom celebration from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Thursday\, July 4\, 2024\, at Barnet Park. \nAdmission this year is $5 for ages 7 and up\, and free for ages 6 and under. \n\nThe biggest draw for Red\, White and Boom is the wonderful Pyrotechnico-produced fireworks show that will start at approximately 9:30 pm. \nOutside food and beverages are not permitted inside Barnet Park during the celebration; however\, there will be plenty of options for attendees to choose from at the festival\, including BBQ\, funnel cakes\, burgers\, hotdogs\, philly cheese steaks\, ice cream\, and more! \nParking will not be available at First Baptist Church this year. DESCRIPTION:The BMW Charity Pro-Am is the only golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour where amateurs and celebrities are grouped with Korn Ferry professionals in a three-day better-ball competition over two golf courses. \n  \nAmateurs\, celebrities and professionals rotate between two courses\, Thornblade Club (Greer\, SC) and The Carolina Country Club (Spartanburg\, SC) on Thursday and Friday with the twelve lowest-scoring amateur teams and four lowest-scoring celebrity teams advancing to play Saturday’s final amateur round at Thornblade Club. The lowest 65 pros (and ties) will play on Saturday and Sunday at Thornblade Club. \n  \nCome out and enjoy the fun – you may even get to meet your favorite celebrity!
