Many of us have a level of power and authority that we don’t even know we have. The specific meaning of “sharing your power” will depend on the situation and the goals of those involved. In many cases\, it reflects a commitment to fairness\, inclusivity\, and collaboration to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and communities. Together they will explore interpretations such as empowering others\, collaboration and sharing resources\, just to name a few.
