SUMMARY:The Fount Open Mic and Discussion + Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The Fount is the creative arm of Speaking Down Barriers. They created this space for artists of all genres to share their work and also join in on themed discussions. It’s not just for artists\, though. They’re inviting YOU to join in on their discussion even if you don’t consider yourself an artist or creative. They will have a writing workshop with Max Lit from 2:15-3:15PM and then holding an open mic and discussion hosted by Davelyn Hill and Max Lit from 3:30-5:30PM. Their guest featured poet will be Logan Foster\, who is also their newest Artist Spotlight resident! There will be light refreshments as well! Join Speaking Down Barriers for some community building\, writing\, and creativity!
