DESCRIPTION:The Spartanburg County Foundation offers a special opportunity for nonprofit CEO’s/Executive Directors to gather\, discuss\, and process their greatest challenges and concerns. We know the last two years have been challenging\, to say the least. Tamela Spicer\, a certified executive coach and Senior Program Manager at the Johnson Center for Philanthropy in Grand Rapids\, MI\, will facilitate our discussion centering on the question: What is keeping you up at night? \n  \nTamela led a Nonprofit Connect session in 2020 “What It Means to Be an Executive Director.” We are excited to have her join us again in this important conversation. To allow for questions to be submitted anonymously\, we’ve included a section in the registration link where questions can be entered ahead of the discussion.
