Watercolor Monotype Workshop by Mary Lou Hightower

Explore basic watercolor techniques and create one of kind mono prints from your design.
You will learn how to create an image from your photos or other sources using watercolor. At the end of the session, you will have several prints are stand alone as artworks or maybe further developed with other media.
All levels of learners are welcome to this workshop for day of exploration.

Cost: Free- Bring any photos of other sources of images. All materials will be provided.
About the Artist: Mary Lou’s artwork focuses on watercolor media, incorporating textural materials, to create what she calls “watercolor patchwork,” the process she uses to unite watercolor media with the art of quilting.
