The focus of this month’s discussion will be on the need to be “qualified” within the concepts and characteristics of white supremacy culture. This idea of qualifying can be applied to pretty much any scenario one can imagine. Within white supremacy it can be used as a tool of oppression, discrimination and justification of exclusion very easily. But why?

Learning Us is a racial affinity space for white folx to rethink and dismantle oppression, explore their whiteness, concepts of white supremacy and work to transform patterns of dominance into shared power and mutuality.
