Connection Support Groups Are Back In-Person!
Support groups are ongoing with no registration and are free. These are referred to as peer support and not psychotherapy. Meetings last about 60 to 90 minutes.
Connection Group for adults with diagnosed mental illness such as Depression, Bipolar disorder, Schizoaffective, Schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD, Borderline Personality disorder, etc.
First and Third Thursday of every month at 6:00 pm, St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, 101 St. Matthews Lane, Spartanburg (Across from the Barnes & Noble)
Second Wednesday of every month at 10:30 am, Eubanks Center Peer Support Living Room, Spartanburg (Brick House between Mental Health and the Spartanburg ER)
Family and Friends Group is a peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.
