Healthy Smiles of Spartanburg’s 18th Annual Laugh for a Child featuring local dentists and businesses competing for the Golden Crown Award. This year theme, Grin Ole Opry. Voting on contestant’s posters begin in November – February 2, 2024. Contestants will reveal their videos for final voting the night of the event, February 2, 2024 at the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium’s “The Hall” beginning at 6:30 PM.
