S’mores, Camp and Hope!
The Charles Lea Center Foundation raises awareness about the Charles Lea Center and to provide funds, primarily from the private sector, to assist the Center’s mission of improving the quality of life for those with disabilities and special needs. Give the gift of smiles, friendship, hope and so much s’more!
Support the Charles Lea Center Foundation by giving the gift of Hope and help us send 20 local children with special needs and disabilities to camp. A week at camp is $450 per individual.
The Charles Lea Center Foundation supports over 1,500 individuals with special needs and disabilities so that they can thrive in the communities where they live, work and play. You are invited to join the Charles Lea Center this Giving Tuesday by sending local children to their “Camp Hope” through the Brian Lawrence Memorial Fund. This fund was established in 1998 and is dedicated to providing annual scholarships to deserving students with disabilities. Your gift is truly an investment in the children and future of our community. Camp Hope provides accessible programming that fuels the growth of necessary child development and the full camp experience. It also enhances the quality of life for individuals. Every donation will be matched up to $2,500 from an anonymous donor. Thank you for making #DreamsPossible!
