Black Girls Heal exists to provide a space where Black girls can connect, learn, and support one another with their mental wellness. This offering will examine some ways where that support can be found. Here are a few examples that will be explored:
1. Support from friends
2. The key role adults can play in encouraging to value other qualities such as their artistic abilities intelligence and in celebrating those qualities.
3. How learning to recognize and label feelings can help teen girls help themselves when experiencing anxiety and depression.
