“Generate” the Giving
The mission of The Charles Lea Center Foundation is to raise awareness about the Charles Lea Center and to provide funds, primarily from the private sector, to assist the Center’s mission of improving the quality of life for those with disabilities and special needs. The Charles Lea Center is requesting funds to install a whole home generator at two of its supportive living homes Clark Road and Georgia Avenue. The Clark Road home is in Inman, SC and the Georgia Avenue home is in Chesnee, SC. These homes are many miles from the CLC Main Center which is the assigned evacuation location. The grant will directly affect up to 16 people served and 24 staff between both housing locations.
