Talking About Against All Odds: An Evening with Alex Kershaw

Please join us as acclaimed World War II chronicler Alex Kershaw shares insights from his newest work, Against All Odds. Maurice “Footsie” Britt, Michael J. Daly, Audie Murphy and Keith Ware all earned their Medals of Honor fighting Germans in the European Theater of Operations in World War II. This book tells the stories of these soldiers from the Third Infantry Division (The Rock of the Marne) – detailing their backgrounds, their experiences, their valor, and the feelings the experience they faced as they returned home and went back to normal life. Kershaw will share his thoughts on these men and how he put their stories together in this author talk.
