The Palmetto Council of the Boy Scouts of America provides youth character development to youth across Spartanburg County. In addition to our traditional Scouting Programs, we also partner with organizations like the Housing Authority and SCSDB to bring Scouting to youth who may not otherwise have the opportunity.
